Tips to prevent acne

There are always helpful suggestions when it comes to the prevention of acne eruptions and acne scars that may result from them. A few of these suggestions to fight acne are enumerated as follows:

  • Make sure to keep your face clean by washing it up in the morning and in the evening using a delicate soap or a cleanser especially conceived for acne, followed by a moisturizer also made for skin affected by acne.
  • Try to eat as many veggies and fruits as possible, aiming to maintain a balanced diet which is likely to prevent acne.
  • Do not forget to drink as much water as possible, eight glasses if you can, because water eliminates toxic substances, thus not allowing acne to form.
  • Do not drink too much coffee as it may cause the apparition of acne.
  • Never squeeze the pimples caused by acne if you do not intend to worsen your situation and try not to touch your face too often.
  • Always clean your face from any kind of make-up before you go to bed because clogged pores may generate acne.
  • Wash your hair on a regular basis and try not to let it touch your face in order to keep away dirt and oil which are propititous for acne.
  • Take showers after physical efforts in order to remove sweat which attracts dirt on the skin, thus causing acne to appear.
  • If you suffer from body acne, do not wear clothes made of irritating fabrics.
  • Get used to wear sunscreen whenever you go out if you want to prevent acne from forming.
